One Of Our Park Santiago
Neighbors Needs Our Help

A Park Santiago resident reported that their tortoise wandered off, after someone had apparently left their gate open during their brief absence. The tortoise was lost in the vicinity of Santiago and east 20th Street.

If folks in that general vicinity would be so kind as to check their gardens and flower beds, it would be greatly appreciated.

If you find the tortoise, or have seen it, please use the "Contact" form on the "Contact Us" page and your message will be immediately forwarded. The pet's owners would like to thank everyone in advance for any efforts we may be able to extend.

A Much Belated Update!
(And  . . . more good news!)

Some wonderful neighbors found room in their hearts and in their home fo these
two cute Cairn-terrier pups. Their names are Maggie and Zack (photo), are mother and son, Maggie about 1-1/2 years old and Zack is about 12 months old. What a great find, they are super sweet
and get along well with other dogs and cats.

Check back often for other pet "friends" in need of loving care and a home.
Great News!

As many of you may already know, the beautiful Cocker Spaniel to the right was found on Santa Clara near Greenleaf by Floral Park residents and subsequently posted on www.ParkSantiago.org. He was just recently adopted by one of our great Park Santiago families.

His new family has named him "Ben"  and we are sure that, from what we've been hearing, he is extremely happy with his new, wonderful family and home.

Congratulations to Ben's new family!
